Bear Architects were commissioned to refine and detail a new home for an existing client following their purchase of a land parcel with existing planning approval in place.

The existing design had good bones, but with careful attention to material selection and detailing, the residence has been elevated to an exceptional level to the clients delight. Currently under construction, the project is anticipated to be completed summer 2025.
